Date Published

November 20, 2014

Abstract

Idaho Power Company (IPC) began an innovative energy efficiency pilot program to test the viability of offering shade trees to customers in two Idaho counties. This project began modestly in 2013, but has grown substantially during the past year.
This report summarizes the findings from a process evaluation completed by the Johnson Consulting Group team. The process evaluation gathered primary data from a variety of sources, including reviews of program materials, the program database, in-depth interviews with key staff and secondary research regarding similar program best practices.
