The purpose of this collection of commercial kitchen DCV field test reports is to accelerate the development of voluntary commercial kitchen DCV energy efficiency programs and the adoption of high efficiency commercial kitchen ventilation systems.This collection includes field test results tested in accordance with the CEE Commercial Kitchen DCV Field Test Protocol. The intent is to include field test results from commercial kitchen DCV installations spanning multiple manufacturer systems, market segments, and climate zones to better understand the energy savings potential of commercial kitchen DCV across a wide range of applications.
