This field test protocol supports efforts to better understand the energy savings potential of commercial kitchen demand control ventilation (DCV) systems by outlining a field test protocol by which system performance must be measured along with associated reporting requirements for inclusion in CEE's collection of field test reports (go to public field test reports, go to members only field test reports).
